LeRae Redal

Owner/Designated Managing Broker

Professional Experience: LeRae Redal has built a successful real estate firm in Moses Lake. In 1998, she started working in the real estate industry and has been a top-producing agent in Moses Lake, Washington, ever since. LeRae has earned the respect of colleagues and clients for the exceptional results she delivers.
Under LeRae's leadership, Moses Lake Realty Group has sold hundreds of homes. LeRae has succeeded in a highly competitive marketplace through her leadership, drive, knowledge, and her passion for this industry. Through her years of experience working in Grant County Real Estate, she provides unrivaled market knowledge and client services.

She has represented buyers and sellers on small vacant land purchases to the most expensive waterfront transactions. She has additional experience helping clients with commercial purchases, multi-family transactions, zoning issues, variance changes, and leasing commercial space. LeRae was the 2009 President of the Moses Lake-Othello Association of Realtors and has been on the Board of Directors nearly every year. She's also added a property management division to help our clients with all phases of this industry.

Education: Education is a big part of this business. We are required to take 30 clock hours of continuing education for each 2-year license renewal. She takes all classes that are offered here in Moses Lake and travels out of town when necessary to attend more-specialized classes. LeRae feels that it is very important to stay on top of the changes in the laws concerning Real Estate instead of finding out that things have changed when it is too late! She generally has twice of what is required to renew her license when the time comes. She continuously furthers her education in order to assist her agents in representing our clients effectively.

Community Involvement: Over the years, LeRae has been involved with many community associations. She was a commissioner on the Moses Lake Tourism Commission. She's served on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce and has been an Ambassador for the Chamber for 13 years. She was involved with the Moses Lake Business Association when she had a retail store downtown. She worked with the Women's Business Conference Committee that put on conferences to help women in the community and recognize women for their achievements. She helps on the school levy committees every two years and continues to try to find ways to give back to the community. She was a director for the Big Bend Foundation Board to help with scholarships and fundraising.

Personal Information: My family came here when I was 6 years old, and I graduated from Moses Lake High School. I went away to college, but I came back to start my family here. I have two boys, and they both have come back to Moses Lake after leaving for school or jobs. My oldest son has a son and a daughter. I remarried and acquired two daughters. I love spending time with the grandchildren! They are very busy and involved with every sport available. I try to get to as many of the games as I can. My husband and I love spending time together watching baseball, cruising in the convertible, or with our kids out on the boat!
