Carol Calder

Pledge to Clients: I have a strong knowledge of this area and a passion for the people and the town. I know the neighborhoods and how they've developed and changed through the years. As an agent I am consistently learning new marketing techniques to better serve clients in buying and selling homes. Communication is a top priority as well as listening to the needs of the people I work with. Every transaction is unique as well as every client's desires. I will work hard to learn your needs and help you achieve your goals.

Outside Interests: While raising my children I operated various short term home-based businesses that were successful, but still devoted most of my time to raising my children. I also helped build a local plumbing company with my husband, his brother and wife. One of my most recent businesses was a licensed daycare I operated out of my home for six years. When it seemed that my children didn't need me to be there quite as often I decided to work outside my home. That is when I was given the opportunity to begin a career in real estate.

Personal Information: The Columbia Basin has always been my home. I was born in Othello, a small town 30 miles south of Moses Lake. After graduating from Othello High School I moved to Tri-Cities and attended vocational school. During this time I married and relocated to Moses Lake to attend Big Bend Community College. I've been in Moses Lake since 1990 where my three children were born and raised; two girls and one boy. Each one is active in various activities Moses Lake has to offer. As a family we enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and going for walks in our neighborhood.
